Acceptable Use Policy
Strelva is for running real businesses. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to you, anyone you invite, and every System you run on Strelva.
Don't use Strelva to
- Break the law, or help someone else break it.
- Publish content that is illegal, sexually exploits anyone, promotes violence, or harasses, threatens or discriminates against people.
- Pretend to be a person, business or organization you aren't, or run a System for a business without its permission.
- Collect passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details under false pretenses, or run scams and phishing pages.
- Send spam or cold outreach. Strelva's email is for messages people expect: sign-in links, replies, bookings, receipts and updates to people who asked for them.
- Post fake reviews, fake testimonials, or misleading claims about your business or anyone else's.
- Infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy, or upload personal information you have no right to use.
- Upload or spread malware, or attack, probe or overload Strelva, the websites it runs, or anyone else's systems.
- Scrape or copy Strelva or other customers' Systems, or read data that isn't yours.
- Get around limits: rate limits, AI allowances and budgets, plan limits, sign-up checks or security controls, including by making extra accounts.
- Use Strelva's AI to produce content that the AI provider's own rules forbid.
- Resell or give access to Strelva itself without an agency or partner agreement with us.
What happens if this is broken
We may remove content, pause a System or AI work, or suspend an account. Where it's safe, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. Serious or repeated problems can end an account.
